Choosing the Far East option for your tooling and moulding needs?

If you choose the Far East option, ARRK's UK design team will develop the required GAs, then review these with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Next, we'll assign a dedicated project manager who will be responsible for working closely with the appointed ARRK tooling business in the Far East to ensure that all aspects of design and subsequent manufacture are completed on time, to specification and within agreed budgets.

Meeting your specification and cost criteria

If design changes become necessary, your dedicated project manager will liaise between you and the manufacturer to ensure that all your specification and cost criteria are met. On completion of the tool, you will be encouraged to attend the first moulding trials in the Far East.

The reassurance of a full guarantee

Once approved, your tooling will be shipped to the UK and inspected at our Havant or Teesside facilities before being delivered to you. Alternatively, tools can be loaded onto our own machines at Langrish or Teesside for moulding runs. For your complete peace of mind, you will always have a full guarantee. Naturally, we also have the necessary facilities to make modifications and carry out any additional trials if required.
